‘Cause here’s the thing…I AM!

I’m super pumped and excited to see holiday decor in the stores, I’m starting to think that it might be time to pull out the Bieber Christmas album, I’m psyched to put lights on the house this year, I can’t wait to decorate my office again, and SNOW IS COMING!

Normally I’m a “Not Until December 1st” kind of gal but this year…I’m wanting the holidays to arrive more than I have in a very long time.

I’m not sure what’s got me in the mood but I’m totally in the mood. Walking into Wicker Emporium to see all of their pretty things…all the glitter and gold and sparkles…the beautiful table settings…ornaments and greenery all mixed in among their fantastic furniture…it all kind of got me super excited!

I’m excited because for one, the holidays means that The Tall Blonde and her boyfriend will be home for a visit in less than a month! It means we’ll eat great food and have lots of time as a family…pyjamas and board games and tons of laughter. It means chocolate covered almonds, visiting with friends, drinking wine and seeing people at parties I haven’t seen since last year. It means feeling warm and cozy and surrounded by love.

And yes…it means DECORATING MY HOUSE.
